Yusuke joined the Value-Up Team at UntroD Capital Japan, which manages the Real Tech Fund, in 2025 and is responsible for HR support for portfolio companies. Since October 2026, he has served as Director, Talent & Organization, Value-up.

Prior to joining the firm, he built a diverse career in sales and HR at a comprehensive human resources service provider and an organizational consulting firm. He subsequently served as Head of HR for a PE fund portfolio company, overseeing cross-functional HR operations and driving change management initiatives toward a strategic exit. Most recently, as HR Manager at a TSE Prime-listed IT company, he led end-to-end strategies from planning to execution in recruitment and talent/organizational development to accelerate business growth. He also brings expertise in Human Capital Management and AI-related project integration.
