Yoshio joined UntroD Capital Japan, which manages Real Tech Fund, in 2024 and serves as Growth Manager.
Before joining UntroD, he worked at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC), engaging in corporate sales, M&A execution, and IT sector coverage, supporting clients with fundraising and business portfolio transformation through M&A.
From 2017, he was stationed in Hong Kong to establish a team focused on fostering partnerships with Chinese startups, particularly in Shenzhen, to facilitate fundraising and collaborations with Japanese companies.
From 2020 to 2024,he was based in Shanghai and supported licensing deals and capital/business partnerships between Chinese startups in drug discovery and medical devices and major Japanese corporations.
