Satoshi joined UntroD Capital Japan, which manages Real Tech Fund, in 2022 as the Head of Value-Up, where he was responsible for designing and implementing growth support programs for portfolio companies.

Appointed as Executive Officer of UntroD Capital Japan in 2023 and as Executive Director in 2024. Since October 2026, he has served as Partner, leading Value-up.

Before joining the company, he held leadership roles in management, business strategy, marketing, sales, and operations at Synspective (space satellites), Rapyuta Robotics (robotics), and RFLocus (automatic identification). Prior to that, he led a real estate company as COO from its founding through business stabilization, led new business and product development at Global Logistic Properties (now GLP Japan), and was engaged in real estate and sales planning at Nippon Life Insurance Company.
