Ryota joined Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation in 2024. At the bank, he was engaged in the development of new business opportunities through equity investments in startups, and supporting a wide range of investment operations from sourcing to due diligence.
He joined UntroD Capital Japan, which manages the Crossover Impact Fund, in 2025 as a fund manager.
