Naoto joined Future Venture Capital Co., Ltd. (now Miraidoor Co., Ltd.) in 2016. He was primarily engaged in the overall management of limited investment partnerships (funds) established with financial institutions and operating companies in Shikoku, and was involved in the management of a cumulative total of six funds. After serving as the head of the company’s Ehime office, he founded AOHARU Inc. in 2023 and assumed the role of Representative Director. Throughout his career, he has consistently been active as a venture capitalist rooted in Shikoku.
