Naoki joined UntroD Capital Japan, which manages Real Tech Fund, in 2023 as the Head of Fund Management. He leads the development of exit strategies (including IPOs and M&A) for portfolio companies to optimize fund performance and also oversees the management of the Crossover Impact Fund and the Growth Fund. He was appointed as Executive Director in 2024.

He has over 18 years of experience working in investment banking both in japan and overseas, focused in the construction, real estate, JREIT and renewable energy sector. He has led a wide range of advisory work from executing IPOs, equity and debt finance underwriting, and M&A advisory transactions. Later, as CFO of an IT venture company, he was in charge of financial strategy, corporate planning, and internal control.
He has a MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is an US certified public accountant.
