Keita joined UntroD Capital Japan in 2026 as a Growth Manager.

Prior to joining, he worked at Yamada Shokai Holdings, where he was engaged in the energy infrastructure sector, handling integrated operations from facility proposals and operations to maintenance management and sales strategy formulation and execution, supporting regional essential infrastructure.

In 2020, he joined a newly established architectural design firm within the group, where he was involved in residential architectural design and project management while gaining broad experience during the startup phase. He subsequently moved to a new business development division focused on creating businesses in the resilience sector through collaboration with universities, research institutions, and startups.

Throughout his career, he has worked across the energy, infrastructure maintenance, and residential environment sectors.
