Fumiharu founded Euglena Investment in 2015 and established Real Tech Fund, specializing in early-stage technology ventures. Since October 2026, he has served as Director, Real Tech Fund at UntroD Capital Japan, which operates the fund.

To strengthen support for technology companies, he brought in operating companies from a wide range of industries as limited partners, enabling smooth collaboration such as joint development between large corporations and startups.

Before joining Real Tech, he spent over ten years at Hikari Tsushin Capital, a venture capital firm established as a subsidiary of Hikari Tsushin, and at SBI Investment, where he gained experience across the full range of investment operations, from overall fund administration to due diligence, deal closing, monitoring, value creation, and exits.
