Prior to joining the firm, built a diverse career in sales and HR at a comprehensive human resources service provider and an organizational consulting firm. Subsequently served as Head of HR for a PE fund portfolio company, overseeing cross-functional HR operations and driving change management initiatives toward a strategic exit. Most recently, as HR Manager at a TSE Prime-listed IT company, led end-to-end strategies from planning to execution in recruitment and talent/organizational development to accelerate business growth. Also brings expertise in Human Capital Management and AI-related project integration.
