Hiromi joined UntroD Capital Japan, which manages Real Tech Fund, in 2023. Since October 2026, she has served as Senior Associate, Real Tech Fund. She focuses primarily on investments in deep-tech startups in the healthcare, medical device, environment, and energy sectors, and is involved across the investment lifecycle, from investment execution and post-investment business development to exit strategy planning.

Before joining the company, She was engaged in the investments of primary fund and co-investing to manage general account assets for Nippon Life Health Insurance in New York. She also helped Nippon Life with strategic planning, acquisitions and business collaborations for its asset management business.

She has a BA in International Liberal Studies from Waseda University.
