Eiichi joined UntroD Capital Japan in 2025 and serves as Growth Manager.
Before joining UntroD, Eiichi worked at Honda Motor Co., Ltd., where he was engaged in mass production development and corporate planning.
In mass production development, he oversaw the entire process from concept design to mass production launch, delivering products that balanced high product appeal, reliability, and cost-effectiveness while complying with various national regulations and assessment standards. He also developed new airbag technologies and applied them to production models.
In corporate planning, Eiichi was involved in a wide range of initiatives related to technology strategy, including managing cross-organizational meetings on company-wide R&D strategy, planning and implementing initiatives utilizing Web3 and metaverse technologies, and preparing the company’s integrated report.
He graduated from the Graduate School of Science and Technology, Keio University (Mechanical Engineering), and GLOBIS University (MBA).
