Yuiyo joined the Value-Up Team at UntroD Capital Japan, which manages the Real Tech Fund, in 2026. He is primarily responsible for management strategy, fundraising, and overseas expansion of portfolio companies.

Prior to joining, he worked in M&A advisory at the Investment Banking Division of Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities, followed by buyout investments at Sunrise Capital, and domestic and international startup and business investments at transcosmos and Thailand’s CP Group.

Most recently, he served as Director of the Venture Growth Investment Group at the Innovation Network Corporation of Japan (later INCJ), where he led hands-on investments and exit activities in technology ventures primarily in the semiconductor, energy, and robotics sectors, as well as LP investments in venture capital funds.
