Tetsuhiro joined UntroD Capital Japan in 2026 and is responsible for corporate operations, primarily focusing on fund administration.

After graduating from Hokkaido University, he gained experience in accounting and tax at a tax accounting firm and an operating company. He joined DeNA Co., Ltd. in 2016, where he worked in the Accounting Department, handling accounting operations for the gaming business, internal new business initiatives, and various affiliated companies. In 2019, he joined the launch of Delight Ventures, a DeNA-backed venture capital firm, and engaged in middle- and back-office functions including back-office operations, portfolio management, and compliance.
