Michiyo joined UntroD Capital Japan in 2025 and serves as Office Manager.
After graduating from university, she worked for a Japanese airline as a cabin attendant for eight years, where she gained strong interpersonal skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and adaptability through a wide range of duties including safety management, hospitality, complaint handling, emergency response, and team management.
She then worked as a paralegal at a major law firm, where she acquired practical legal knowledge through reviewing contracts and assisting with the preparation of legal documents.
In 2018, she joined Euglena Co., Ltd. and served for six years as assistant to Director (later CEO) Akihiko Nagata, supporting him at the forefront of corporate management. In 2024, her role expanded to include assisting two Co-CEOs and a Senior Executive Officer, where she facilitated the smooth execution of strategic initiatives while building strong relationships of trust with the leadership team.
